Fall Giftaway

Members of the Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of Wisconsin – Madison can request funding to help support a project or projects of interest to you. Our bi-annual Giftaway project is one of the ways we distribute the funds from calendar proceeds.This year group members may request up to $2,500 for a Fall Giftaway project.

TIMING

12:30pm - 1:00pm -- The Zoom line will be opened for Grant requestors with PowerPoint presentations to get organized. These presentations should be turned in to kateschachter@yahoo.com in advance. This hour is intended strictly for presenters to answer questions and get organized. Anyone else will remain in the waiting room until a 12:55pm.

1:00 pm ~ 3:00pm -- Presentations on project requests, with Q&A.

~3:00pm -- end -- Members will score and turn in their votes. You must be present at the Giftaway and listen to the presentations to submit a vote.

Next day -- Decisions on the finalists and amounts will be made by the next day and results sent to the requestors and membership

REGISTRATION

You must Register to receive the Zoom link. Select your RSVP option under "My Attendance" below to register in advance and receive the Zoom link. If you are not a member of the RPCVs of Madison, use the Guest Account option.
