Our Constitution was registered with the State of Wisconsin on April 11, 1990. They were reviewed, modified and approved by the Board, then ratified by the State on March 16, 2009.

Our ByLaws were filed on April 11, 1990. The Membership and Dues Structure was updated and approved by the general membership at an annual meeting on September 24, 2017.
