Members of the Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of Wisconsin – Madison can request funding to help support a project or projects of interest to you. Our bi-annual Giftaway project is one of the ways we distribute the funds from calendar proceeds.This year group members may request up to $2,000 for a Fall Giftaway project.
12:30pm - 1:00pm -- The Zoom line will be opened strictly for Grant requestors with PowerPoint presentations to get organize. Anyone else will remain in the waiting room until 12:55pm. These presentations should be turned in to email@example.com in advance for efficient queuing and presentation.
1:00 pm ~ 3:00pm -- Presentations on project requests, with Q&A.
~3:00pm -- end -- Members will score and turn in their votes. Members must be present at the Giftaway and listen to all presentations to submit a vote.
Next day -- Decisions on the finalists and amounts may be made the same day, but in the event of confirmations needed will instead be made by the next day and results sent to the requestors and membership.
